We are going on a Sabbatical at Berkeley University and wanted to find someone to live in our big Berlin house during our stay - both to reduce risks of theft for the house and to reduce costs of the sabbatical because we are going to rent a house in the Bay area which is not cheap. We have found the ideal match, a family with four kids who want to spend a year in Berlin. Like this, the whole sabbatical is made much easier for us, and we are happy that a family with kids can enjoy our big house while we are away and going to enjoy someone else's house in Berkeley... It's really great that this site exists!
