I think you provide a wonderful service and this is now the third time it has helped us. My husband, a historian, will be at the Woodrow Wilson Center in Washington from January through June, so we needed something for that period of time. Through your site we were able to link up with someone going to Italy at that time, and wanting to sublease her place just outside of DC. And we were also able to negotiate on price and conditions. We will be back on with our place in Berlin come winter, our current renters there found us that way- he is a physicist from Cracow. In 2009-2010 we rented our place in Berlin through SabbaticalHomes.com, to someone we actually knew! It was a PhD student of my husband's who had seen our place on a personal visit, but not thought about it as an option for him and his wife until he saw it on your website.
