We own a home in Denver (since 1963), so it is full of family belongings, but we've moved to Washington DC for a couple year because we have a son and daughter here in DC. We were advised to empty the house to make it rentable, but that just felt very difficult. Through SH, we found an IU professor and his wife who will spend the rest of 2022 in our furnished home. They chose Denver so that they could be near their daughter and new granddaughter. We're very pleased with the arrangement and hope they will feel the same.
