Marvelous 3-month House Swap in California

We've just completing our first house swap, and have enjoyed a marvelous 3-month stay near Monterey, California. Everything has worked so well, I'm already thinking about ideas for the next one! We swapped with an academic who was coming to the NC Triangle area from the Boston area, so first we had the delight of going to their house near Gloucester, Mass. in August, and then we drove across country to their second home near Monterey for Sept-Dec--so we got a two-fer!
