Thank you for creating SabbaticalHomes.com. My friend who is a professor in Toronto uses your site to rent out her home and recommended it to us. We tried it and found homes to rent in Toronto in the past and decided to use your site to try to rent our LA home. The tenants we found for half the time are associate professors from Brown University in Rhode Island. The other tenants we found are a trio of art students from Vancouver. I think they'll all be great. My feeling was that by using sabbaticalhomes.com (instead of axxxxx, etc) we'd attract tenants who we could trust.
