I've had a pleasing number of enquiries from prospective 'tenants' / guests about staying at my little apartment in an inner city suburb of Melbourne. Not all of the dates lined up, but I recently was able to accommodate a lovely couple of ladies from Cardiff, who were visiting family who are on sabbatical.
