Thanks to SabbaticalHomes I have, on two different occasions, successfully rented my home in Coogee for several months while I have been on sabbatical. I was able to chat with prospective tenants for some time before we finalized arrangements and this was helpful in allowing both sides to understand to what we were agreeing. I particularly like the fact that this site is predominantly used by other academics and that the ''six degrees of separation'' phenomenon means that it is fairly easy to find someone who knows someone, who knows the people wishing to rent your home! My experiences with sabbaticalhomes have, to date, been good. I am now seeking to find a tenant for a third time and am hoping for the same success.
