Although not strictly for sabbatical, I use SabbaticalHomes.com to attract academics or medical doctors to our house for rent in Toronto. We are renting the house for a few years while I pursue my academic career, so I need the house well looked after. My tenants always seem to be doctors doing residence or fellowships, as I seem to have hit the cycle where these fellowships often start July 1st. I have had tenants from England, Finland, and within Canada. Although I don`t get a large number of inquires, the quality outweighs the quantity. Great service!
