The apartment has a separate bedroom with a queen-size bed, comfortable furnished living and dining areas, and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, cookware, dishes, utensils, and other household essentials. For anyone working or writing from home, there are two separate desks/workspaces, making the apartment suitable for either one person or a couple who both need space to work. The living area also has a television and soundbar. A dedicated outdoor parking space is included. Laundry facilities are available on site. Ocean Beach and the coast are approximately 5–10 minutes away by car. One of the features we particularly enjoy about the location is its proximity to Famosa Slough, a protected wetland and birding area just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. It is a lovely place for walking, observing aquatic birds, and enjoying a quiet natural area while still living within the city. The location provides convenient access to Ocean Beach, Point Loma, Mission Bay, downtown San Diego, and other parts of the city.
