Description

This is a unique 2-bedroom, 3-level semi-detached townhouse, in a condo townhouse complex, in one of the most beautiful neighbourhoods. Two big parks with lots of amenities (free outdoor swimming pool, kids playgrounds, running track, etc.) are just a 5-minutes walk, while the Don River Valley is perfect for long walks and biking. The trendy Danforth (Greek Town) and Queen East streets are full of cafes, restaurants, shops and several supermarkets all within walking distance. Almost right in front of the house, there's a streetcar stop for two lines, which takes you straight into the subway and/or the core downtown (UofT, TMU). Excellent schools are nearby as well. Main bedroom has a king-size bed and the other bedroom has been turned into an office, but it has a fold-out bed for one person. There's another pull-out sofa-bed in the living room. The office has a very large monitor, electric stand-up desk, and a printer/copier/scanner. One bathroom has a bath tub, while the other one has a shower. The living room has a large TV, modem and router, although internet and cable TV subscription are not included, but can be arranged by me or you (open for discussion). There's an electric Yamaha piano too. Open-concept dining room and kitchen are fully equipped, as I enjoy cooking and baking. There are many appliances, including mixer, blender, Nespresso machine, and classic espresso maker, and all sorts of utensils. Washing machine, washer, dryer, Miele vacuum, and a Swifer, make cleaning easy, but I can recommend cleaning services too (not included). Also included are an indoor bicycle, weights, and yoga mats for exercising, as well as an outdoor bicycle. I am open to discussing the use of my car (VW) which is 20 years old, but working well, and parked in the underground garage. I have a few house plants which I would appreciate you just keeping alive - thanks!
