The cottage is a well designed cozy small space, suitable for someone working from home and up to 1 companion on the site. It's small. Well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with tub, view of the garden with front patio in the sun. Contact us for details about location (on a quiet side street close to Ashby BART). Bikes are available for your use. We would negotiate about a car if you're coming from far away, or your dog if you're local. (We can't host your cat, no exceptions, this is a health issue.) We're looking for asynchronous exchange in EU, or rent of $800/week
