Beautiful two-storey townhouse in a triplex in the vibrant, family-friendly Mount Pleasant/South Cambie neighbourhood. Our home is a short walk to shops, cafes, restaurants, park, school, community centre, hospitals, City Hall, subway to downtown & airport, and express bus to UBC. Fully equipped with towels, bedding, cookware, new Wolf gas range, high-quality modern furnishings, piano, three outdoor decks, small garden and landscaped front garden with flagstoned sitting area. The master bedroom has ensuite bath; second bedroom (can be den/office) has expandable twin bed, desk, and very private balcony. This is our beloved principal residence, but we travel for extended periods for our work, so we rent or exchange it periodically.

Comments: We live in a triplex with great neighbours (a couple next door and a professional woman on the lower level) but in consideration of them, we request no loud noise (eg piano playing, etc) from 9pm to 7am.from 9pm

I would like help with mail and deliveries
We don't receive much "snail mail", but whatever arrives should be removed from mailbox and we would appreciate a phone pic every two weeks of whatever mail arrives.
I would like help with plants or garden
We have two indoor plants that need weekly watering, and in summer three plants on the small deck outside our kitchen, and once-a-week watering of the shared front and back garden areas.
Comments: In fall, some raking of leaves; in winter, just in the rare event of heavy snowfall, shovelling the front path and sidewalk.
