This is our beloved principal residence, but we travel for extended periods for our work, so we rent or exchange it periodically.

I am looking for help while I am away
I would like help with mail and deliveries
We don't receive much "snail mail", but whatever arrives should be removed from mailbox and we would appreciate a phone pic every two weeks of whatever mail arrives.
I would like help with plants or garden
We have two indoor plants that need weekly watering, and in summer three plants on the small deck outside our kitchen, and once-a-week watering of the shared front and back garden areas.
Comments: In fall, some raking of leaves; in winter, just in the rare event of heavy snowfall, shovelling the front path and sidewalk.
