We are looking for a couple or a small family looking for a place to stay for ideally six to eight months, although a shorter term would be considered over the summer. Our condo building is a post-modernist landmark including a shared rooftop deck with panoramic views of the North Shore Mountains and English Bay. Expect a close knit community and friendly conversations in the shared laundry room or on the roof. The concrete building means you rarely, if ever, hear your neighbours. There is a grotto hidden on the east side of the building surrounded by lush greenery and trees, providing a quiet and cool escape from the bustle of the city on hot days. The condo has two bedrooms and an open-plan kitchen/living room/dining room with hardwood floors and lots of built in storage. Currently semi-furnished, with a full-size bed in one room, table and island with chairs in the open plan living room. Other furnishings negotiable. Wall-to-wall west facing windows onto a treed outlook provides an ideal combination of light, while making you feel like you aren't next to a busy street. Steps from the shops and restaurants of South Granville, and on major bus routes to downtown and UBC.
