The condo has two bedrooms and an open-plan kitchen/living room/dining room with hardwood floors and lots of built in storage. Currently semi-furnished, with option for a kids full-size bed and/or crib if needed. Other furnishings negotiable. Wall-to-wall west facing windows onto a treed outlook provides an ideal combination of light, while making you feel like you aren't next to a busy street. Steps from the shops and restaurants of South Granville, and on major bus routes to downtown and UBC.
