We would like to welcome you to our home while we are on sabbatical in Italy. We are both academics, in the field of Archaeology and of Communications. Our flat has a lovely atmosphere, which while being very close to all the amenities of a city is set on a quiet road with a relaxing outlook onto gardens on the back, and onto a quiet residential road. The apartment is act situated on the raised ground floor, which means there are a few steps to enter the building from the road, but once in the entrance hall there are no stairs into the apartment, or within the apartment itself. The flat opens into a small entrance corridor with a very large bedroom on the left and a large sitting/dining kitchen straight ahead, beyond which is the bathroom. All rooms have high ceilings and large windows with tranquil views of neighbourhood gardens that form a conservation area on the back, and on the front a quiet street view. The bedroom has large high quality double-bed, a desk, book case and large fitted wardrobe. The sitting-dining room has two sofas, a coffee table, dining table and garden outlook. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, separate freezer and hob, while the bathroom has a bath-tub that includes a shower option.
