I was at my wit's end! I was certain I'd have to end up paying for my empty apartment during my sabbatical year, not having yet tried SabbaticalHomes.com. I finally listed it, though, and found a match within a few days -- the very end of my timeline for finding one! My subtenant was a complete dream, too, paying on time and keeping the apartment in great shape. We just finished our one-year lease together, and everything went so smoothly.
