I couldn't feel luckier. Sarah and Gerard have been living in my neighborhood in another sabbaticalhomes.com find, but the lease ends this year and they need one more year in a rental arrangement. We both got an early start on the process (in December for an August 1 tenancy), and it's proven a perfect match.
